Fotostick takes customer privacy and the security of Personal Information very seriously. It is of the utmost importance to you and our company. Collection of Personal Information and How it is Used
Items that constitute Personal Information include your name, shipping and/or billing address, telephone number, email address and credit or debit card account number. We collect only the Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us or information that is given to us by affiliated entities or third parties that have your consent to share your personal information with us. We do not share email addresses you provide to us when you contact us via email. Any contact you have with Fotostick may be recorded in order to provide and improve our services.
If you wish to create a personal account on the Fotostick web site we will need your name, email address, and a password created by you in order to create your account and keep your information secure. If you wish to order products or services from our company we will require additional information such as your shipping and billing address, a credit or debit card number and the card expiration date in order to process your order.
You will be able to update your account information or reset your password at any time. If you forget your password please contact customer service who will be happy to establish a new password for you.
We may also request information from customers periodically through surveys, contests or promotions, all being on a voluntary basis. We may ask for your personal information as well as demographic information and your thoughts on various services and products. This information is solely to improve our services and products and will not be shared.
Fotostick will store all of your Personal Information provided by you on secure data networks protected by firewalls that have password protection systems which are located at our facility. Only those who work for Fotostick will be able to access your information and only will only access it when such information is needed to provide services to you. Please note that you are responsible for protecting the security of your username and password. Do not give out or misplace your Fotostick username and password and if at all possible choose passwords that can be remembered and not written down.
Protecting Your Personal Photographs
Along with keeping your personal information secure, we will also strive to keep your photographs secure and private. Pictures will never be made accessible to other Fotostick users without your consent. However, in order to provide services to you, Fotostick employees, third party service providers which are used to fulfill orders or customer service agents may see your photographs.
Who We Share Your Personal Information With
Fotostick will not rent or sell our email address lists. We may share segments of your personal information with our affiliated entities or third parties if it is necessary to complete a transaction that you have requested. This can include shipping companies or those who can authorize credit card transactions. Companies with which we share personal information are prohibited from using the information obtained from Fotostick for any purpose other than that for which it was provided and are required to have appropriate safeguards in place to protect that information.

We will notify Fotostick members about promotions, new products, services and features by email or through the mail. You may unsubscribe from these notices by updating your personal preferences in your profile on the Fotostick web site. We may also send announcements with important information pertaining to Fotostick and our services. These notices may contain information pertinent to your account therefore, you are unable to unsubscribe from these announcements.
