Q: What is a FotoStick?

A: FotoSticks are the newest development in custom wall murals. We can create a wall mural for you from any photo file on your computer. If you want a life-size, cut-out wall sticker of your favorite youth athlete, family member, best friend, pet, or vehicle, we can create it! FotoStick custom wall murals are an easy way to create a one-of-a-kind themed room, a dream room for your child, or as a fun way to celebrate an event. FotoStick wall murals have a unique “low-tack” self-adhesive that let's you simply peel N' stick your wall mural anywhere in the house. And the amazing thing is that you can take the mural down and put it somewhere else over and over and NEVER LEAVE A MARK ON THE WALL!

Q: Does the website offer editing of images or graphics?

A: Yes. You can edit your photos on the FotoStick website once they've been uploaded.

Q: What formats do you accept?

A: FotoStick accepts any and all .jpg image files. We require a minimum 300 dpi for any images that are to be reproduced larger than 48". All other images will require a minimum of 72dpi. Remember, the output quality is only as good as the input quality of the image.

Q: What are your minimum image quality (resolution) requirements for an image?

A: Digital camera images require a minimum resolution of 2048x1536. This resolution is available on any camera with a mega pixel rating of 3 or more. Set your camera settings to the highest quality.

Scanned images require a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8"x10".

***We require a minimum 300 dpi for any images that are to be reproduced larger than 48". All other images will require a minimum of 72dpi.

Q: Will my FotoStick look like it does on my computer screen?

A: Maybe. Depending how your monitor settings are set, you may notice some slight differences between the photo seen on your monitor and the final FotoStick. Also, computer screen resolution and printer resolutions are different and they use different methods to display images. Computers us ppi or pixels per inch and printers use dpi or dots per inch to print. We process your images through our computers before printing to match color. If we think your FotoStick quality is unacceptable, we will contact yo with suggestions prior to printing.

Q: Can I purchase multiple prints, or different types of prints, the same order?

A: Yes. Simply enter the quantity and type of FotoStick you want from each photo image.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A. Maybe. If you contact us with a cancellation or change request, we will do our best to respond. If the order has not been printed, we may be able to make changes. However, once your order has printed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Q: How secure is the order process?

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: Once you have placed your order, you may login to the site and click the "Order History" link. This will tell you the status of your order.

Q. How do I keep people from downloading my photos?

A. No one can download your photos. If you"Share" a photo or album, those you share with can only view these items. By sharing an album you give access to those images.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?

A: All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of the package.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No. But we are happy to ship your order anywhere in the USA and Canada.

Q. Should I save the paper backing my FotoStick™ comes with?

A. Yes. This is vital to moving your FotoStick™. Please save the paper backing your FotoStick™ came on. Also, if for any reason you need to return your FotoStick™, it has to have the original backing.

Q. How do I move my FotoStick™?

A. Know where it's going. Be sure the surface is smooth and clean (but don't use soap) wait until it's dry and carefully remove the FotoStick™ from one wall and carry it to the new location and follow the rest of the instructions. Depending on how big your FotoStick is, you may need two sets of hands. If you are moving it a long way, put your FotoStick™ back on the original backing and move to your new location.

Q. What if I did not save the paper backing that my FotoStick™ came on and I want to move it a long distance?

A. Use wax paper from the kitchen. Peel the FotoStick off the wall and place it on a clean surface – STICKY SIDE UP – use the wax paper to cover the entire adhesive area and roll it up around any tube that is large enough. DO NOT FOLD your FotoStick as it will cause creases to appear.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If the custom products you receive differ dramatically from your original image or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return your FotoStick for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. We require that you notify FotoStick at returns@FotoStick.com to obtain a return authorization number before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
